2009 Cross Country - Williams has been the captain of the women’s cross country team for two-straight years. She finished 56th at the 2009 Big Sky Cross Country Conference Championships in Greely, Colo., where she ran a time of 22:27.3.

2008-09: Outdoors, Williams’ best 1,500 meters came at the Beach Invitational with a time of 4:46.02 and her best 800 meter time of 2:19.88 came at the Albertsons Meet. Indoors, her best mile came at the Vandal Indoor with a time of 5:22.41 and her best 3,000 meters was at the UW Indoor Preview with a time of 10:57.10. She was named Big Sky All-Academic both indoors and outdoors.

2008 Cross Country: Williams finished 31st at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:31.8 on the 5,000 meter course. Williams was Big Sky All-Academic for cross country.
