2009-10 - As a true freshman, Fishel made a big splash in the Big Sky Conference. His best mark in the high jump came at the BSC Championships, when he jumped 6-7 to place second. Outdoor: Fishel qualified for the outdoor conference championships where he had a mark of 6-3 1/4 to place him 10th. Fishel jumped his best outdoor mark at the Beach Invitational, as he jumped 6-5 1/2 and placed sixth.

High School - Fishel finished fourth in the high jump with a mark of 6-4 at the West Central District 4A Championships. His career-best high jump came as a junior with a mark of 6-7. He has a career-best 400 meters with a time of 55.3 as a senior.
