High School: Durr was an all-around athlete at Emerald Ridge High School, having personal bests in the 100 (11.05), 200 (22.51), 400 (49.30), 800 (2:06.3), high jump (6-5) and long jump (21-6 1/4). He placed in the 400 at the WIAA 4A State Championships his senior (sixth, 50.22) and junior year (eighth, 50.65). He advanced to state in the high jump after jumping 6-4 at the West Central District Championships meet. Durr also competed on the first day of the State Multi Events Championships, having the top marks at the meet in the 100 and long jump. He won nine total letters for the Emerald Ridge Jaguars, including four in track, three in football and two in basketball. He was named Athlete of the Year and MVP of the SPSL. He also made First-Team All-SPSL in football as a kick returner and received honorable mention as a receiver.

Personal: Intends to major in mechanical engineering. Born 9/10/93 in Everett, Wash. His parents are Kris and Laurie Durr. He is related to Willy McGee, who played six years in the NFL  in the 1970’s as a wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions.
