2012-13: Indoor: Humphrey’s indoor season best of 51-7 in the shot put came at the Idaho Collegiate, where he placed second. At the Big Sky Indoor Championships, he finished 14th in the shot put with a toss of 50-2 1/2. Outdoor: Humphrey threw a personal best of 53-9 3/4 in the shot put at the Al Manuel Invite, placing second overall. He placed fifth at the BSC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 52-2 3/4. He recorded a personal best of 157-5 in the discus at the Idaho Jamboree. Humphrey finished 13th in the discus at the conference meet with a throw of 150-4.

2011-12: Indoor: Humphrey had a season best of 49-10 1/2 in the shot put at the Idaho Vandal Collegiate, placing eighth. His other season best in the weight throw of 44-10 1/4 came at the Candy Cane Invite, placing him seventh. Outdoor: Humphrey competed in one meet during the 2012 outdoor season, the Dusty Lane Open, where he had personal bests of 156-11 in the discus and 50-0 in the shot put, both placing him fifth overall.

2010-11: Indoor: Humphrey, a football player in the fall for Eastern, joined the track team in his offseason and got off a personal best of 45-9 in weight throw at the BSC Indoor Championships to place 14th overall. He also had an indoor season best of 45-7 in the shot put at the UW Husky Classic. Outdoor: He placed 13th in both the discus and shot put at the BSC Outdoor Championships. He had a season-best throw of 152-11 in the discus at the WAR 4.

EWU Football:  2011: He made the first start of his Eastern career against Northern Colorado (10/15/11) and also started against Cal Poly (11/12/11). He caught two passes during the season, including one for an 8-yard gain versus Sacramento State (10/22/11) and an 18-yard reception versus Idaho State (11/19/11) to end the year.

High School: Humphrey was third in both the shot put (49-5 1/4) and discus (157-4) at the 2009 OSAA 5A State Championships. That mark in the discus was a personal best for him. He hit his personal-best mark of 52-2 1/4 in the shot put a week earlier at the Intermountain Conference District Championships, placing first. His other personal best came in the javelin (155-11).
