2012-13: Indoor: Redshirted. Outdoor: Puccino placed second in the triple jump at the BSC Outdoor Championships with a jump of 47-0 3/4, coming just an inch short of the league title. He leaped a personal best of 6-9 in the high jump to place fourth at the conference meet. He placed 11th in the long jump at the BSC Championships with a mark of 22-0 3/4. He hit a personal best in the triple jump at the UNLV Randall Cunningham Invite, clearing a distance of 47-11 1/4 for a first-place finish. Puccino also ran on the 4x100 relay, which recorded a time of 41.45 at two different meets, ranking ninth all-time at Eastern. He ran his personal-best time of 22.44 in the 200 at the All-Idaho Cup. He also hit a time of 11.03 at the Duane Hartman Invite, a collegiate best.
2011-12: Indoor: Puccino placed third in the triple jump at the BSC Indoor Championships with a personal-best jump of 46-10. He also long jumped 21-11 3/4 at the Idaho Vandal Collegiate, placing third. He had season bests in the 55 (6.70), 60 (7.29) and 200 (23.35). Outdoor: He placed fourth in the triple jump at the BSC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 46-0. He finished 14th in the long jump at the championships. Puccino ran the leadoff leg on the 4x100 relay team that placed sixth at the BSC Outdoor Championships with a time of 41.81. Puccino hit three season bests in the jumps at the Pelluer Invite and won two of them, including the triple jump (first, 46-7 1/4), long jump (first, 22-10 1/2) and high jump (second, 6-4). He ran a season-best time of 11.23 in the 100 at the Beach Invitational.
Coffeyville CC: Puccino was
fourth in the heptathlon at the NJCAA Indoor Track & Field
Championships, scoring 4412 points and earning Junior College
All-American honors. He was also third in the long jump and fourth
in the high jump at the NJCAA Championships. His best marks at
Coffeyville were in the 55 (6.66), 60 (7.07), 100 (11.28), 200
(22.82), 55 hurdles (8.20), high jump (6-3 1/2), long jump (22-5),
triple jump (45-3 3/4), and heptathlon (4530).
High School: Puccino finished
in the top five at the 2A WIAA State Championships three times
including twice in the 110 hurdles (fifth, 2008,2009) and once in
the long jump (second, 2009).He also reached state in the 300
hurdles, high jump and 4x100 relay. His best marks at Steilacoom
High School came in the 60 (7.01), 100 (10.92), 200 (22.04), 110
hurdles (14.84), 300 hurdles (41.24), long jump (22-10 1/2), triple
jump (46-9) and high jump (6-2). He broke the school records in the
long and triple jump.
