2010: Listed as a reserve at strong safety on EWU’s preseason depth chart. Did not participate in spring practices as he continued to recover from a shoulder injury.
2009: Sat out the season because of a shoulder injury.
2008: Did not start, but played in eight games as a backup and special teams standout. He finished with 12 tackles, including eight against Western Washington (9/20/08).
2007: He had a tackle against Montana-Western (8/31/07) before suffering an Achilles tendon injury and missing the rest of that game and the remainder of the season.
2006: Redshirted. He earned offensive scout team player of the week honors once.
HS: Graduated from Lewis and Clark HS in 2006. Was honorable mention All-State from WashingtonPreps.com. Selected to play in the 4A/3A East-West All-State Game. Named by the Seattle Times as a “White Chip” selection as one of the top 100 recruits in Washington. He was also first team All-Greater Spokane League as a senior and his team’s MVP. As a junior, Robinson was third in the GSL with 1,156 rushing yards on 222 carries (5.2 average). He ranked behind a pair of 2005 EWU signees – North Central’s Derek Brown (1,194) and Cheney’s Brett Igbinoba (1,232). Robinson earned first team All-GSL honors as a running back.
