Career:  Has started 26 career games, the second-most on the Eagle offense.

2011: Listed as a starter at left offensive tackle on preseason depth chart. He was given honorable-mention preseason All-America honors from Consensus Draft Services. Earned preseason All-Big Sky Conference honors as selected by the league’s media and sports information directors, and was also a second-team All-BSC selection by Phil Steele’s FCS College Football Preview.

2010: Was a second-team All-Big Sky Conference selection after starting all 15 games at left tackle for the Eagles. He started every game despite a nagging neck injury which limited his action in the middle of the season. Eastern finished the 2010 season ranked 22nd in the FCS in total offense (397.1 yards per game), as well as rankings of 26th in passing (241.0), 49th in rushing (156.1) and 18th in scoring (31.5).

2009: Started 10 of EWU’s 12 games at left offensive tackle. He helped Eastern rank in the top 10 in four offensive categories in FCS, including passing (3rd, 321.3), total offense (4th, 462.2) and scoring (8th, 33.7). He took over the starting position held in 2008 by Brice Leahy, who injured his right leg (not football-related) and had to sit out the 2009 season.

2008: Made one start against Sacramento State (11/1/08). He helped block for an Eagle offense that finished with the seventh-best passing offense in the FCS (299.9 yards per game) and was also 24th in total offense (398.5), 98th in rushing offense (98.5) and 35th in scoring offense (29.4).

2007: Redshirted.

HS: Graduated from Mount Tahoma HS in 2007. His EWU teammate Ronald Baines (’09) also attended Mount Tahoma.

Personal: Born 7/27/88 in Tacoma, Wash. Criminal justice major.
