2008: Listed as a starter at defensive tackle on EWU's preseason depth chart.

2007: Received honorable mention All-America accolades from The Sports Network. Also earned second team All-Big Sky Conference honors. Started 10 games at right defensive tackle, including the last eight of the season. He was selected the Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in a 35-13 win over Montana State (10/13/07) when he had a career-high 10 tackles with a sack. He also earned the team's defensive player of the week honor in that game.

2006: Started Eastern's last five games of the season at nose guard. He won the team's defensive player of the game award in back-to-back games against Northern Colorado (10/14/06) and Portland State (10/21/06). He had a season-high six tackles versus the Bears and five against the Vikings with 1 1/2 sacks. He also had six tackles in EWU's season-ending 40-6 victory over Idaho State (11/11/06). He also had the team's big play of the week against PSU, the big hit of the week versus Weber State (11/4/06) and was special teams player of the week against West Virginia (9/9/06).

2005: Started three games at right end late in the year because of injuries along the defensive line. The first start of his career came against Weber State (10/22/05), and one game later he had a season-high four tackles against Sacramento State (10/29/05). He was the team's special teams player of the week against Montana (10/15/05).

HS: Graduated from Decatur HS in 2004. He earned All-South Puget Sound League honors on offense and defense, and earned honorable mention All-State honors as a senior. He was selected as Decatur's best defensive lineman. His EWU teammate Chase King ('08) also attended Decatur HS.
