2008-09:
Outdoors, Limpf finished third in the 10,000 meters (30:53.95) and eighth in the 5,000 meters (15:00.41) at the Big Sky Conference Championships. His career-best 10,000 meters came at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 29:45.89 to break the school record time of 29:48.6 set by Rick Adams in 1978. Indoors, Limpf finished seventh in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:45.94 at the BSC Championships. His career-best time of 8:11.88 in the 3,000 came at the Husky Classic to rank third in school history. Limpf’s career-best 1,600 meters came at the UW Indoor Preview with a time of 4:12.79 to rank fifth in school history.

2008 Cross Country: Limpf finished 73rd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:39.3 on the 10,000-meter course. He finished fourth at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 23:34.9 to earn All-Big Sky honors on the 8,000-meter course and went on to finish 11th with a time of 29:17.47 on a 10,000-meter course at the NCAA West Regionals. He was named Big Sky Conference Runner of the Week on two separate occasions.

2007-08: Limpf finished 10th at the NCAA Outdoor West Regionals in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:26.94. He finished fourth in the 5,000 (15:27.15) and fifth in the 10,000 (30:50.14) at the Big Sky Conference Championships. His season-best time in the 10,000 came when he won the Oregon Relays with a time of 29:57.13. His career-best time in the 5,000 came at the Mt. Sac Relays with a time of 14:09.32 to rank second in school history behind Bob Maplestone’s time of 14:09.0 set in 1972. His career-best time of 3:54.84 in the 1,500 came when he finished 10th at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational.

2007 Cross Country: Limpf finished fifth in the 8,000 meters with a time of 24:34.1 at the BSC Cross Country Championships. Limpf went on to compete at the NCAA West Regionals to finish 45th with a time of 31:17.40. He was named Big Sky Runner of the Week following his second-place performance at the Sundodger Invitational (23:46).

2006-07: Limpf finished a team-best seventh at the 2006 Big Sky Cross Country Championships (24:46.00). He also placed second at the EWU Invitational (25:05.80). He finished seventh in the 3,000 meters (8:35.16) and fourth in the 5,000 meters (15:07.19) at the BSC Indoor Championships. His best 5,000 came at the University of Washington Invitational with a time of 14:41.59, which ranks him fourth on Eastern’s all-time best list. He had a season-best in the 3,000 at the Husky Classic with a time of 8:21.00. Limpf redshirted his 2007 outdoor season.

2005-06: He placed 18th at the 2005 BSC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:16.10. His best time of the year was 25:11.00 at the Stanford Invitational. In his freshman season, he placed ninth at the BSC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 (15:52.89). His best finish came in the mile where he placed second at the Jerry Martin Indoor Invitational with a time of 4:31.53. He also had a best 3,000 indoors of 8:31.44 at the Husky Classic. He placed fifth in the 10,000 with a time of 31:26.60 at the BSC Outdoor Championships. His best finish was in the 1,500 where he placed first at the Sam Adams Invitational (4:06.38). He also had season-best times in the 800 (career-best 2:03.56) and the 5,000 (14:50.24).
