2010-11: Competed in three events during the fall, but could not play during the spring season due to injury. Recorded her season-low round of 76 at the Circling Raven Collegiate Invitational (Sept. 13-14), and ended up third on the team with her a total score of 238 (76-79-83). Turned in a top-20 performance at the Shocker Invitational (Oct. 18-19), after carding a two-round total of 159 (81-78).
2009-10: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team for the second-straight year. Averaged 84.9 strokes over 12 rounds of play during the 2009-10 campaign. Was the top finisher on the team at the Lamkin Grip/Cal Poly Invitational (March 25-26), carding a two-round total of 159 (81-78) to finish tied for 36th out of 89 golfers. Her second-round score of 78 marked the lowest round of the season for the sophomore.
2008-09: Ray earned Big Sky All-Academic honors. She ranked fifth on the team with an 85.4 average in 18 rounds, with her best round an 80 at the Heather Farr Invitational. She placed 41st at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a 39-over-par three-round total of 255 strokes (90-84-81).
2007-08: Utilized redshirt season.
High School: Graduated from Sutherlin HS in 2007. She won medalist honors as a senior at the Oregon 4A/3A/2A/1A Championships. She had her best round of golf in her high school career with a three-over-par 75 in the second and final round. Future Eastern teammate Kellie Holmstedt placed second, two strokes behind. In both her junior and sophomore seasons, Ray finished seventh individually to help Sutherlin win the team title both seasons. As a sophomore, her team rallied from a five-stroke deficit heading into the final round. She earned All-Far West League honors three times. As a senior, she earned Eugene Register-Guard Student of the Month for starting a "Partners" program to integrate regular students with special education and special needs students.
Personal: Daughter of Ragen and Janet Garrison. Majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
