High School: Tess Locke is from just north of the border in Langley, B.C. The defender attended Langley Secondary School and was a member of both the Vancouver Whitecaps prospect team and the Chilliwack Panthers club. Locke was also named the Most Outstanding Player of the Langley Girls Soccer Association for 2005-06. Her parents are Neil and Katherine Locke, and she is majoring in computer animation.
