Hometown: Kennewick, Wash.
High School: Kamiakin HS '07
Position: D

2008: After playing solid defense throughout the season, helping the Eagles to a pair of shutouts, Martin earned All-Big Sky honorable mention accolades. Her showing in the classroom was top notch, as well, as she also attained Big Sky All-Academic honors. On the field, she scored the first goal of her Eagle career at Portland State on Oct. 19. Her tally came in the 68th minute of that contest, as she converted a corner kick from Abby Jensen. Martin was very accurate in 2008, as that score came on her only shot on goal that season.

2007: Martin had five appearances for the Eagles and contributed two shots.

High School: As a member of the Kamiakin High School squad, Martin earned first team All-State honors her senior season after attaining second team accolades the year before. She also helped lead the KHS squad to a fourth-place finish at state at the 3A level and was named first team All-Big 9 Conference for the third straight season. Martin played all four years for the varsity soccer squad, and she also earned letters in basketball and softball during her time there. Her parents are Wayne and Merri Martin, and she intends to major in criminal justice.
