2009: As a sophomore with the Eagle soccer program, Kitsman saw action in nine games. Scored her first collegiate goal against South Dakota (Sept. 27), when she sent a header ball to the back of the net off a corner kick from teammate Hannah Kreminski. Contributed solid minutes in Eastern’s road game at Weber State, winning four balls in the air to give the team a boost before the end of the half. Eastern went on to beat the Wildcats in Ogden, Utah for the first time in school history. 

2008: Kitsman took part in three games for Eastern Washington her initial year on campus. Her latter efforts helped the Eagles to an impressive 1-0 win over Northern Colorado on Oct. 26. She also took part in the Northern Arizona game two days earlier and in the annual rivalry contest with Gonzaga on Sept. 28.

High School: She is a four-year varsity letterwinner from Ponderosa High School. All four years, her team won the Sierra Valley Conference championship. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Kitsman was honored as a first team All-Sierra Valley Conference member. In 2007, she was named second team All-Metro by The Sacramento Bee before earning first team honors in 2008. In 2006, Kitsman was named the school’s Most Valuable Player. She also played for the California Rush Soccer Club.

Personal: Daughter of Marty and Debbie Kitsman. Majoring in biology.
