Dale Silha on Liening: "Judy is a really warm and genuine person. She works hard on the court and never complains. Judy is a great inspiration to her teammates and we are excited about what she can do this season."

2008-09: Liening started the 2009 season 10-6, but dropped her last seven matches to finish the year 10-13 in singles competition. Liening and Berger teamed up for eight doubles wins on the season as well.

She also earned a 6-4, 6-2 singles win on March 2 against a Lewis-Clark State opponent.
