2011-12: Made one appearance for EWU during the season, playing No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles in a match against Washington State on Feb. 3.

High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner at Skyview High School. Three-time Greater St. Helen’s League First-team selection in singles, and four-time All-Region team member. Named the GSHL Player of the Year as a junior in 2010. Qualified for the state playoffs as a freshman and sophomore. Captured the district singles title in 2009 and 2010, after finishing second as a freshman in 2008. The Skyview women’s tennis team was district champions all four years Ellingsen played, and finished second at the state championships in her senior campaign.
