2008-09: Outdoors, Frey redshirt the 2009 season. Indoors, Frey finished 11th in the 400 meters with a career-best time of 57.62 at the Big Sky Conference Championships. She was named Big Sky All-Academic indoors.  

2007-08: Outdoors, Frey finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 1:01.95. Her career-best time in the 400 meters came at the Oregon Relays with a time of 57.65. She was named Big Sky All-Academic outdoors. Frey redshirted the 2008 indoor season.

2006-07: Outdoors, Frey had a time of 1:06.25 in the 400 meters at the BSC Championships. Frey had a season-best time of 58.17 in the 400 meters at the Mt. Sac. Relays . She had a best 200 meters of 25.87 and 100 meters of 12.61 at the 36th Annual Pelluer Invitational. Indoors, Frey finished sixth at the BSC Championships with a time of 7.79 and 11th in the 200 meters with a time of 25.61. She had a best 400 meters at the University of Washington Husky Classic with a time of 58.10. She was named Big Sky All-Academic both indoors and outdoors.

2005-06: Outdoors, Frey had a best 100 meters at the Al Manuel Invitational with a time of 12.42 and best 200 meters at the Idaho Last Chance meet with a time of 25.51. Redshirted the 2005 indoor season. She was named Big Sky All-Academic outdoors.
