2008-09: Outdoors, Jacobsen had a career-best shot put throw of 39-5 1/2 at the Dusty Lane Invitational. She also had a throw of 153-11 in the hammer.  Indoors, Jacobsen finished seventh in the weight throw at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a mark of 54-2 1/2. Her best shot put came at the Husky Classic with a throw of 40-7.
