2007-08: Indoors, Long finished fourth in the 200 meters with a career-best time of 25.01 and 10th in the 60 meters with a career-best time of 7.91 at the Big Sky Conference Championships. Outdoors, she finished eighth in the 200 meters with a time of 25.17 at the Big Sky Conference Championships. Her career-best time of 24.87 came in the prelims at the championships. Her career-best time of 12.47 in the 100 meters came at the Oregon Relays. She was Big Sky All-Academic outdoors.

2006-07: Outdoors, she ran the 100 in 12.91 and the 200 in 26.21 at the Vandal Outdoor Jamboree.

CCS: Long competed for the Community Colleges of Spokane in 2005-06.
