Eastern Washington University volleyball has set the dates for the 2012 Eagle Volleyball Summer Camps!
The Individual Camp, which focuses on specific positions and related skills, will be July 9-11. Cost is $220 for day campers and $340 for residential.
The Team Camp will be held July 16-18, and will provide an opportunity for squads to work directly with coaches and camp counselors on different rotations and team tactics that will prepare them for the upcoming season. Team camp fees are $175 for commuters and $225 for residential.
Camps are geared toward female volleyball players, ages 12-18. The camps will be held at Reese Court on the campus of Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Wash.

Eastern Volleyball has a rich tradition of success in the NCAA and Big Sky Conference. Eastern has garnered five BSC Championship banners in the last decade, with the most recent championship coming in 2008. EWU has finished in fourth place or higher in league standings in 15 of the past 16 seasons. A total of 45 athletes have received All-Big Sky honors, including Cora Kellerman and Shelby Puckett in 2011. Five different Eagles have been selected as BSC Most Valuable Player, with Hayley Hills being the most recent in 2008. Eagle Volleyball excels in the classroom as well, with 11 Eagles receiving Big Sky All-Academic honors in 2010 and recording the highest team GPA of any team/sport in the Big Sky in 2010.
