Women Selected 8th, Men Selected 9th in Coaches Poll

FARMINGTON, UTAH — The Big Sky Conference announced its 2026 Men's and Women's Cross Country Preseason Coaches' Polls, with Eastern Washington's women selected eighth and the men picked ninth.

The Eagle women earned 43 points in the preseason poll, while the men collected 46 points. Northern Arizona was selected to finish first in both the men's and women's polls.

Eastern will open the 2026 season on Friday, Sept. 4 at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, hosted by Gonzaga in Spokane, Wash.
