Career Bests:
Outdoor: Javelin, 194-0
2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Placed 10th in the javelin at the Big Sky Outdoor championship. Two top-five performances in the javelin, including a season-best and third place throw of 194 at the Erik Anderson. Indoor: Redshirted.
Spokane Falls CC: As a freshman at Spokane Falls Community College, Day was the 2014 NWAACC Champion in the javelin with a mark of 203-9, his current personal best. His sophomore year he placed second at the NWAACC Championships with a throw of 190-0. He was named 2015 NWAACC Field Event Athlete of the Week two times.
High School: During his senior year at North Central high school, Day threw his personal best in the javelin at the GSL District 8 Championships where he had a throw of 159-1. Â
