2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the AL Manuel with a time of 1:05.08, finishing eighth. Five top-10 performances in the 400-meter hurdles. Indoor: Personal bests in the 400, 600, and 800-meter races with respective times of 1:01.65, 1:39.64, and 2:27.77.

2014-15 Track and Field: Indoor: Personal best of 9.30 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Candy Cane, placing fifth. Set a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.31 at the WSU Indoor. Outdoor: Ran the 400-meter hurdles in six meets, with top finishes of second at the Sasquatch Carnival and fourth at the Buc Scoring.

High School: Sherman was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track at Cheney High School. She placed fifth in the 300-meter hurdles at the 2014 WIAA 2A State Championships with a personal-best time of 46.54. She has personal-best marks in the 100 (14.64), 200 (27.90), and 100-meter hurdles (16.24).
