2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: Kimes set a personal best in the indoor pentathlon of 3,343 points at the Big Sky Conference Championships where she placed 11th. Her best points came from a personal-best in the 60-meter hurdles (9.48, 812 points), as well as the 800 (2:27.32, 727), and the high jump (5-1 1/4, 689). She also jumped 5-1 in the high jump at the conference meet to place 15th. Her season best of 17-1 1/4 in the long jump also came at the championships during the pentathlon. She also competed in the indoor pentathlon at the Candy Cane VI where she scored 2,643 points and had personal bests in the shot put (31-5 1/4) and the 55-meter hurdles (8.92). At the Ed Jacoby Invitational, she scored 3,279 points in the pentathlon and set a personal best in the high jump of 5-4 1/4. Outdoor: At the Big Sky Conference Championships, Kimes placed sixth in the heptathlon with 4,825 points to rank second all-time at Eastern. Her best points came from 100-meter hurdles (813, 15.22), and two personal bests in the 800 (778, 2:23.41), and 200 (26:41, 762). Kimes also competed in the heptathlon at the Spokane Multi meet where she placed first with 4,429 points. At the Duane Hartman Invitational, she ran the 400-meter hurdles in 1:03.38 to rank eighth all-time at Eastern. Kimes also set a personal best in the 100-meter hurdles (15.12) at the OSU High Performance meet and the javelin (113-1) at the MSU Open Outdoor meet.
2012-13: Indoor: Kimes competed in the pentathlon at the Candy Cane Invite, scoring 2,897 points for a third-place finish. Her best points came from the high jump (759), 55 hurdles (714) and the 800 (583). She jumped a personal best of 5-3 3/4 in the high jump during the pentathlon. Kimes placed 14th in the high jump at the BSC Indoor Championships with a jump of 5-3. Outdoor: She recorded a personal best of 4,323 in the heptathlon at the BSC Outdoor Championships to place 13th overall and also rank eighth all-time at Eastern. Kimes also competed in the 400 hurdles at the conference meet, running 1:07.43 to place 17th. She hit personal bests in the 800 (2:25.08) and 400 hurdles (1:06.52). She was selected to the winter and spring Big Sky All-Academic teams.
High School: Kimes competed in the State Multi Events Championships both her junior and senior years, scoring 3867 points in the heptathlon in 2012 to place fifth overall. She also finished sixth in the 100 hurdles (16.52) and fifth in the 300 hurdles (47.06) at the 2012 1A WIAA State Championships. During her junior season, she placed seventh in the 300 hurdles and 10th in the 100 hurdles. She lettered four times in track, three times in basketball and twice in volleyball and cross country. She also received numerous honors from the Caribou Trail League including four First-Team All-League honors in track, First-Team All-League in cross country, and honorable mention in volleyball her sophomore year. She was named Caribou Trail League runner of the year her senior year. She has personal bests in the 200 (28.56), 800 (2:30.41), 100 hurdles (16.03), 300 hurdles (46.92), high jump (5-2), triple jump (33-6 1/2), long jump (15-3 1/2), javelin (89-8) and shot put (30-10).
