2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Competed in the 4x400 relay, 4x100, and 400-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship. Set personal best of 15.63 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Pelluer Invitational, placing fourth. Indoor: Finished eighth in the 4x400 relay at the Big Sky Championships. Set personal bests in the 60-meter hurdles and 55-meter dash, with times of 9.10 and 7.59.
2014-15 Track and Field: Indoor: At Idaho Invitational, placed sixth in the 200-meter dash and fourth in the 60-meter hurdles. Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championship on the  4x400 relay team. Finished with a time of 3:55.81. Outdoor: First place at the Buc Scoring Invite after running the 400-meter hurdles in 1:04.23. Ran a personal best 400 hurdle time of 1:03.96 at WSU Invite. Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in 4x100 relay and 400 hurdles, placing third and 14th.
2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: Hammock had two personal bests at the UW Indoor Preview in the 60-meter dash (8.22) and the 60-meter hurdles (9.50). She also had a season best in the 200 at the Ed Jacoby Invite with a time of 26.48. Her season best of 8.67 in the 55-meter hurdles came at the Candy Cane VI meet in Cheney, Wash. Outdoor: Hammock had a personal best of 1:05.90 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Idaho Vandal Jamboree. She also ran 16.00 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Pelluer Invite. At the BSC Championships, she competed on the 4x100-meter relay team that ran 47:17 to place ninth and to rank ninth all-time at Eastern. She also competed in the prelims of the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:06.87 to finish 20th overall in the conference.
High School: Hammock placed second in the 300 hurdles at the WIAA 4A State Championships with a personal-best time of 43.99. She placed ninth in the 100 hurdles, running 15.40 in the prelims. Hammock was a member of Tahoma’s 4x100 relay team which won the state title during her freshman 2010 season. Her 4x200 team also placed second that year. In 2011, both of those relays set new school records of 48.16 (4x100) and 1:41.20 (4x200) while each placing second at the 2011 state meet. Her personal bests have come in the 100 (12.66), 200 (26.37), 100 hurdles (15.03). Hammock was a letterwinner for the Tahoma Bears in all four years of track and three years of soccer.
