2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. He placed ninth in the pole vault at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a mark of 15-7 3/4. That effort was a personal best and ranks 13th all-time at EWU.
2018-2019 Track and Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Big Sky Track & Field Championships, Bailey earned all-league honors by finishing third in the pole vault with a personal best of 15-9 3/4. At the Al Manuel Northwest Challenge, Bailey also earned all-league honors by placing second in the pole vault with a height of 15-1.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. During the Big Sky Track & Field Championships, Bailey earned all-league honors by placing third in the pole vault with a height of 15-4 1/4. At the Candy Cane XI, Bailey won the pole vault with a personal-best height at 15-5.
Lane CC: Aiello competed at the 2018 NWAC Championship and placed second in the pole vault with a new personal best of 16-2 ¾. He won the pole vault at both the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational with a 14-8, and the George Fox Rich Allen Classic with a 15-7 ¾.
High School: Graduated from Reed high school in 2018. He was a one-year varsity track and field athlete specializing in the pole vault. His senior year he placed first at the Northern Nevada Regional Championship, then competed at the NIAA Division 1 State Championships and placed fifth. His best vault was 15-0 at the Fallon Elks Invitational. He placed 54th in the 100 meters with a personal-best time of 12.97 at the Bishop Manogue League Meet.
