2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Did not compete.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Using a strong long jump to improve her four places in the competition, Mpouli scored five points with a fifth-place finish in the pentathlon as the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho. She finished with 3,419 points in the five-event competition to rank fourth in school history. Mpouli jumped from seventh to third in the competition with an 18-3 3/4 long jump to give her 723 points. It was the third-best jump in the competition and just 3 3/4 inches from her best set earlier in the season. That mark of 18-7 1/4 ranked second entering the Big Sky meet and ranked ninth in EWU history. She placed 10th in the league with a mark of 17-8. One day later, she was 11th in the triple jump with a mark of 37-8 1/2. Her career best of 38-9 1/2 in the triple jump at Idaho Team Challenge ranks fifth all-time at EWU.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Mpouli placed 11th in the heptathlon with a new best score of 4,429 at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships. She finished sixth in the 100-meter race with a personal-best time of 12.27 at the Oregon State High Performance Meet. Competing in the 200-meter race at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, Mpouli finished 11th with a time of 25.19, a new best. At the Al Manuel Northwest Challenge, Mpouli competed in the high jump and placed fourth with a new best distance of 4-9 ¾. At the same event she placed eighth in the shot put with a new best of 39-1/4.
Indoor: Also named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Mpouli finished fourth in the 60-meter race at the MSU Dual Invite #2 with a new personal-best time of 7.86. At the same event, Mpouli competed in the 200 and finished fifth with a personal-best time of 25.57. She placed 14th in the 60-meter hurdles at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge with a new best time of 10.22. During the same event, she competed in the shot put, placing 11th with a new best distance of 37-8. At the Candy Cane XI, Mpouli won the 55-meter race with a new best time of 7.26, and she placed eighth in the pentathlon with a new best score of 2,965.

High School: As a senior at Auburn in 2018, Mpouli was fifth the 100 meters and third in the 200 at the State 4A Championships, including a personal-best time of 24.65 in the 200 meters. She was also a part of the 4x100 relay team which advanced to state but did not place. At the 4A WCD III Championships, her personal best throw of 41-1 in the shot put helped her advance to the State 4A Championships where she finished ninth. Mpouli was third in the 100 meters at the NPSL Meet where with a personal-best time of 12.04. During her junior season, Mpouli finished 13th at the State 4A Championships in both the 100 meters and the shot put.

Personal: Majoring in chemistry/biochemistry.
