2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, winning the 110-meter hurdles by posting a time of 13.58, a personal best and school record that ranks 2nd all-time in Big Sky history (Ronald Brookins, Sacarmento State, 13.42 in 2011). At the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round, he ran a 13.94 in the semifinals of the same event, finishing 19th overall. Qualified for the Olympic Trials.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. He placed third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, to earn All-Big Sky honors. Bowden improved his school-record time in the finals with a 7.94 time, bettering his own time of 7.96 earlier this season. He now ranks well ahead of the time of 8.07 which ranks second in school history. He had a time of 7.50 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Candy Cane XII Open to rank third all-time at EWU. He also set a career-best mark in the long jump of 21-10 3/4 during the same Candy Cane XII.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Redshirted
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. During the MSU Dual Invite #2, Bowden won the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.07. He also won the 55-meter hurdles at the Candy Cane XI with a time of 7.51.

2017-18 Track & Field: Outdoor: At the Buc Scoring Meet he placed first in the 110 hurdles. He placed second in the long jump and first in the 110 hurdles at the Pelluer Invitational. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships he set a personal best in the long jump with a jump of 22-11 3/4 placing tenth. He also placed fifth overall in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.39. Set a personal best in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.34 placing 28th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round. Indoor: Set a personal best in the 55 hurdles with a time of 7.50 at the Candy Cane. At the WSU Open he placed third in the 60 hurdles and ninth in the long jump. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships he placed second in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.00.

Spokane CC: Bowden was the 2017 NWAC Champion in the 110-meter hurdles with a 14.39 finishing time in 2017 which was also his personal record. The year prior, he claimed second place in the championships with a 14.70 finish.

High School: Bowden earned four varsity letters from track and field throughout high school. He was named to the first team All-GSL in 2012, 2013 and 2015.He had a personal record of 14.99 in the 110-meter hurdles and 44.42 in the 300-meter hurdles. 

Personal: Working on his Master's in Business. Currently has a 3.96 GPA. Son of Chuck and Theresa Bowden.
