2020-21 Track & Field: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team (Winter). Outdoor: Advanced to the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the shot put, finishing in 15th place with a throw of 51-0 3/4. He set a personal best in the event (51-1 3/4) at the Al Manuel Invitational. Also set a personal best in the hammer throw (143-2) at the Oregon State PNW Team Clash.

2019-2020 Track & Field: Indoor: He placed 17th in the shot put at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a mark of 48-4 1/2. His best of 49-3 3/4 came at the Idaho Team Challenge when he placed sixth. His career-best toss in the weight throw was 42-0 at the Vandal Open.

High School: During his senior season, Howard placed second in the shot put with a personal best of 54-11 ¼ at the WIAA 3A State Championship Meet. Howard finished sixth in the discus with a new personal-best mark of 142-6 at the 3A NW District 1 Championships. He obtained a season record in the javelin with a mark of 125-6 during the Oak Harbor at Everett meet.
