2022-2023 Track & Field: Indoor: Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2021-2022 Track & Field: Outdoor: Represented EWU at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships where he set a personal record in the 400-meters placing 11th with a time of 49.80.
2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Competed in the Idaho Invitational Meet in and the Whitworth Invite, where he ran the 400 meters. His season best was 51.75, right around his PR of 51.17.
2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. His career best time in the 400 meters came at the Boise State Challenge where he ran a time of 51.17 and finished 10th. His career-best time of 22.45 in the 200 placed third at the Vandal Open.
2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Redshirted
Indoor: Phelps competed the 200-meter race at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge and finished 22
nd with a personal-best time of 23.40. Phelps competed in the 600 meters at the Candy Cane XI and finished second with another personal-best time of 1:25.99.
High School: During his senior season, Phelps placed sixth in the 100 meters with a new personal-best time of 11.74 during the Federal Way @ Kentwood meet. Phelps won the 200 meters with a new best time of 23.30 at the Kentwood @ Auburn meet. He finished fifth in the 400 meters with a new personal best of 51.23 at the NPSL Day 1.
