2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Had an all-time personal best in the 5,000 meters of 16:26.06 at the Whitworth Essential Invite. Whited also had season bests in the 800 meters of 1:59.13, and in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:08.45.

2020-21 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the 2021 Big Sky Winter Championships where he finished 74th in the 8,000 meters with a time of 29:06.8. He also competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational where he ran a time of 27:25.7 and finished 17th.
2019-2020 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. His career best in the 800 of 1:59.12 came at the Idaho Team Challenge. At the Idaho Open, Whited ran a career-best time of 4:31.65 to finish in 18th place.
2019 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Whited finished 80th at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 31:34.7 on an 8,000-meter course in Greeley, Colo. He recorded a career-best time of 26:36.4 in the 8K at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational where he placed 61st His career-best time of 19:21.4 in the 5.75K came at the Clash of the Inland Northwest where he finished in 49th place.
2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Whited set a personal best in the mile at the Spokane Memorial Meet with a time of 4:31.11. He earned a third place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Oregon State High Performance Meet with a personal best time of 4:06.82.
Indoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2018 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Competed in four meets for the Eagles, including the Clash of the Inland Northwest Invitational when he placed 80th with a 5.75K time of 20:23.1.
2017-2018 Track & Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 800 with a time of 1:58.70 at the Buc Scoring Meet. At the Pelluer Invitational he placed fourth in the 800 and was a part of the 4x800 team that placed third. He placed fifth in the 800 at the OSU High Performance Meet. At the Candy Cane he set a personal best in the 600 with a time of 1:27.27 placing fifth. He set a personal best in the 400 with a time of 53.47 placing tenth at the Idaho Duals.
High School: Graduated from Eastmont HS in 2017. In cross country, he earned 13th place in the 4A District 6 Championships in the 3 mile during his senior year with a time of 16:38.1. His personal best in the 3 mile is 16:10.4. He also competed in the 4A WIAA State Cross Country Championships during his senior season. Earned four varsity track letters throughout high school. He was named to the first team all-league and third place at state for the 4x400 relay in his senior year. He was also named to the second team all-league for track in 2017 for his performance in the 800-meter with a personal record of 1:58.77. Whited was also named to the Columbia Basin Big-9 Scholar athlete for track from 2014-17. As a senior at Eastmont in 2017, Whited was second in the 800 meters at the Big 9 District Championships with a personal best time of 1:58.77, and advanced to the State 4A Championships where he posted a time of 2:04.13 in the prelims. Whited’s personal best times in the 400 meters and the 1,600 meters came at the Big 9 District Championships where he had times of 52.27 to earn fourth in the 400 and 4:37.31 to finish ninth in the 1,600. Whited was a part of the school’s 4x400 relay team which took third place with a time of 3:24.08 at the State 4A Championships (EWU teammate Quintin Porterfield also on relay). As a freshman, he posted a time of 11:38.02 in the 3,200 meters and a time of 7:21.0 in the steeplechase (two kilometers), which were both personal best times.
