2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 800 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (2:23.49) and followed up with another personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Whitworth Twilight Invitational (5:02.07). Also ran as part of the 4x400 relay team which clocked in with a time of 4:25.59 at the Whitworth Essential Invite.
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Did not compete.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She had a career best of 5:39.52 in the mile at the Boise State Challenge. Her best 800 time of the season was 2:25.37 at the Idaho Open.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Beaman finished 75th at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 21:46.2 on a 5,000-meter course in Greeley, Colo. She then went on to finish 236th at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships in Colfax., Wash., with a time of 24:13.0 on a 6,000-meter course. She recorded a career-best time of 23:25.0 in the 6K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational where she placed 178th. During the Clash of the Inland Northwest, Beaman ran a career-best time of 16:39.4 in the 4K and placed 53rd. She also recorded a career-best time of 19:48.3 in the 5,000 meters at the Charles Bowles Willlamette Invitational where she placed 78th.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Beaman set a personal best in the mile at the Spokane Memorial Meet with a mark of 5:39.88. At the Oregon State High Performance Meet she ran a 5:05.13 in the 1,500 meters setting a new personal best.
Indoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.

2018 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Beaman competed at the Big Sky Conference Championships where she set her personal best time in the 5K (21:05.1). At the Cougar Classic she set her personal best in the 6K (23:59.1), earning a 57th place finish.

2017-18 Track & Field: Outdoor: Beaman ran with the 4x800-meter relay team which earned a first-place victory at the Pelluer Invitational with a 9:43.60 finish. At the same meet she earned a second-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:28.20. She set a personal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 5:17.21 at the Buc Scoring Meet. Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She set a personal best in the 400-meter dash and earned an eighth-place finish at the WSU Open with a time of 1:03.60. At the Husky Classic she set a best of 2:24.54 in the 800. She ran with the distance medley relay team in the Big Sky Indoor Championships to earn a 10th-place finish with a time of 13:56.63. Beaman ran a leg on the DMR team that set an EWU all-time best time of 12:28.63.

High School: Graduated from Skyview HS in 2017. Beaman had personal bests in the 400 (58.84), 800 (2:15.41) and 1600 (5:18.82). She placed a personal best of 2nd in the WIAA 4A State in the 4x400 meter relay during her freshman year. Beaman lettered all four years in track and soccer, while also earning First Team All-League honors in her junior and senior year in soccer.
