Career Bests:
2021-2022 Track & Field: Indoor: Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships where he set a personal record in five events. In the 1,000-meters he ran his fastest time of 3:15.78 finishing tenth, in the 60-meter hurdles he also set a best placing 15th with a time of 10.09. In the high jump he placed 17th with a best of 5-1 3/4. Grieshaber also ran his fastest time (7.45) in the 60-meters finishing 11th and placed 13th in the heptathlon with a total of 3,978 points. Outdoor: Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. At the Whitworth Peace Meet he set a personal best in the discus throw placing 20th with a distance of 103-3. He ran his fastest time in the 400-meter hurdles at the Whitworth Twilight Meet finishing sixth with a time of 1:06.02. Grieshaber ran a best in the 200-meters at the CWU Wildcat Invitational placing 14th with a time of 23.38. At the OSU High Performance Meet he set a personal best in the pole vault where he placed fifth with a height of 15-0 1/4.Â
CC of Spokane: Attended Spokane Falls Community College and competed for CC of Spokane for two seasons. He was recognized by the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) as a 2021 All-American after ranking second in the league with a best of 14-10 1/4 at the Whitworth Twilight. He had a decathlon high score of 5,011 points at the Whitworth Invitational on March 25-26, 2021, in Spokane. His individual collegiate bests were 100 (11.99), 400 (55.37), 1500 (5:26.53), 110 hurdles (20.12), high jump (4-11), pole vault (14-10 1/4), long jump (18-11 1/4), shot put (34-5), discus (112-7) and javelin (147-2). He served as team captain as a freshman and sophomore at CCS.

High School: Graduated from Mt. Spokane HS in 2019. He advanced to the 2019 State 3A Championships in the pole vault, finishing 11th with a mark of 14-0. That equaled his previous best from the week before when he finished as the runner-up at the District 8 3A/4A Championships. Prior to that, he won the Greater Spokane League title with an effort of 13-7. He also ran sprints and threw the javelin as a freshman and sophomore, but concentrated on the pole vault as a junior and senior. He was his school’s jumper of the year as a senior when he also earned second team All-GSL honors. Coached in high school by Shawn Gumke.
Personal: Interested in majoring in social studies and education at EWU. Born 6/20/00 in Spokane, Wash. Parents are Michael Grieshaber and Deirdre Schmid Grieshaber.
