- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where she ran 5,000-meters with a time of 17:41.14.
- This performance ranked 8th on EWU All-Time Women's Indoor 5,000 Meters.
- Ran her fastest time in the mile at the 2023 WSU Open where she placed 33rd with a time of 10:19.43.
- Set a personal best in the 3,000-meters at the Whitworth Invitational with a time of 10:19.43 where she finished 6th.
- Recorded a time of 12:16.15 in the distance medley relay with teammates Madiynn Carr, Faith Martinez, and Kaylin Sheley.

- Set a personal best in the 4k at the Gonzaga Duals, finishing 8th with a time of 13:36.9.
- Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing 1st with a time of 14:32.2.
2021-2022 Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Competed in two meets, racing in the mile both times.
- Best time of the season was a personal-best of 5:29.73 at the Whitworth Invitational where she placed 17th overall.
- Outdoor:
- Started out the year with a personal best of 18:44.21 in the 5k at the Sam Adams Classic where she placed fourth.
- At the Wildcat Invitational, she ran 4:45.54 in the 1500m for a new personal best that placed her second overall.
- At the OSU High Performance Meet, she earned her first collegiate win, placing 1st in the 3000m-steeplechase with a time of 11:03.85.
- In that same meet, she set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:24.55.
- Represented EWU in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, finishing in 14th place with a time of 11:24.89.
2021 | Cross Country
2020-2021 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Had a personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:51.27) at the Whitworth Twilight.
- At the OSU High Performance Meet she had a best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with the time 11:47.74.
- Had a PR in the 800 meters (2:29.44) at the WAR 14 Invitational.
2020 | Cross Country
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational where she ran a time of 20:15.0 and finished 32nd.
High School
- Graduated from West Valley HS in 2020.
- Competed just one season of cross country in high school, and finished 75th at the State 4A Championships in 2019.
- Had a time of 19:44.1 on the 5,000-meter course, with a personal record of 19:36.4 set two weeks earlier.
- Placed seventh at the Big Nine District 6 Championships, finishing with a time of 19:39.2 on a three-mile course.
- Personal record at that distance was 18:48.1 time at the Max Jensen Richland Invitational when she finished as the individual champion.
- In track and field, she advanced to the WIAA State 4A Championships in the 800 meters and had a time of 2:22.18 in the preliminaries.
- Was the Columbia Basin Big Nine District champion in that event with a personal record of 2:20.08, and also recorded a PR in the 1600 at that meet of 5:24.69 in placing 3rd.
- Had personal records as a junior in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (8:15.89) and the 400 (1:05.84), and as a sophomore in 2017 had her PR in the 3,200 (11:57.04).
- Coached in high school by Jamie Nordstrom.
- Lettered a total of four times in track and field, three times in soccer and once in cross country.
- As a freshman, West Valley finished as the runner-up at the 2016 WIAA State 4A Championships in soccer.
