2023-2024 | Track & Field

Indoor:
- Competed in eight meets during the season.
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Championship, competing in the:
  - 800-meters, finishing 23rd in the preliminaries with a time of 1:57.88.
  - DMR, finishing 8th with a time of 10:13.63.
    - This performance ranked 7th on EWU Men’s All-Time Indoor DMR.
- Winter Big Sky All-Academic Team.
Outdoor:
- Competed in six meets during the season.
- Spring Big Sky All-Academic Team.

2022-2023 | Track & Field

Indoor:
- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
- Ran his fastest time in the mile (4:30.16) at the 2023 WSU Open where he finished 46^th.
- Recorded a time of 10:02.70 in the distance medley relay with his teammates Anthony Carlascio, Camden Phelps, and Justin Roosma.
  - This performance ranked 2nd on EWU All-Time Men's Indoor Distance Medley Relay, following no.1 by 1 sec.
Outdoor:
- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting.

2021-2022 Track & Field

Indoor:
- Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.
- At the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open he ran his fastest time in the mile where he finished 8th with a time of 4:34.92.
Outdoor:
- Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
- Set a personal best in the 1,500-meters at the 16th Sam Adams Classic where he placed 2nd with a time of 4:00.67.
- Ran a personal best at the Buc Scoring Meet and Multi in the 800-meters where he finished 4th with a time of 1:53.67.

2020-2021 Track & Field

Outdoor:
- Saw two personal records in the 1,500 meters and 800 meters.
  - 4:05.18 in the 1,500 meters at the Whitworth Twilight.
  - 1:59.8 in the 800 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet.

2020-2021 Cross Country

Advanced to the 2021 Big Sky Winter Championships where he finished 73rd in the 8,000 meters with a time of 28:27.3.
Competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational where he ran a time of 27:26.2 and finished 18th.

High School

Graduated from Lewis & Clark HS in 2020.
Earned All-State honors in 2019 from the Washington State Cross Country Coaches Association.
As a senior in 2019, he was 18th at the WIAA State 4A Championships with a personal-record time of 15:41.2 on the 5,000-meter course.
Was seventh a week earlier at the District 8 Championships with a time of 15:57.0.
As a junior in 2018, he was 63rd at the State 4A Championships with a time of 16:32.0.
Lewis & Clark finished third in the team competition at the State 4A Championships in his senior season after finishing 4th in 2018.
Went on to compete at the 2019 Northwest Regional Championships and place 76th for the South Central club team.
As a junior, he was 127th at regionals and also advanced to the Nike Cross Nationals where he placed 189th and helped Central Spokane place 10th.
In track and field as a junior in 2019, he advanced to the WIAA State 4A Championships in the 800 meters and had the 11th best time in the preliminaries of 1:58.76.
Personal best time of 1:56.45 came one meet earlier when he was third at the District 8 Championships.
Lettered a total of three seasons in cross country and three in track and field (not counting 2020).
Was coached in high school by Michael Lee.
