- Set a personal best in the 8k at the LC State Invite, finishing with a time of 25:06.0.

- At the Inland Northwest Invitational he ran his fastest time in the mile where he finished 7th with a time of 4:25.32.
- Ran a personal best in the 3,000-meters at the Whitworth Invitational where he placed 15th with a time of 8:43.34.
- Outdoor:
- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting where he set a personal best in the 10,000-meters with a time of 33:58.60 finishing 18th.
- At the Oregon Preview he ran his fastest time in the 1,500-meters where he placed 21st with a time of 4:05.74.
- Ran a personal record at the Montana Open in the 5,000-meters where he finished 5th with a time of 15:03.82.
2022 | Cross Country
- Fall Big Sky All-Academic Team.
- Qualified for the NCAA West First Round, setting a personal best in the 10k, finishing with a time of 31:57.3.
- This performance ranked 25th on EWU Men's XC All-Time 10k Performance List.
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky XC Championships, finishing with a time of 26:07.3.
- Set a personal best in the 8k at the Gans Creek Classic, finishing with a time of 25:51.9.
- Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing with a time of 20:46.2.
2021-2022 Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Ran his fastest time in the mile at the Idaho Team Challenge where he finished 16th with a time of 4:38.77.
- At the Whitworth Invitational he made a personal best in the 3,000-meters placing 26th with a time of 8:54.23.
- Ran a best at the 16th Sam Adams Classic in the 1,500-meters where he finished 11th with a time 4:14.57.
- At the Al Manuel Invitational he ran a personal best in the 5,000-meters placing 8th with a time 15:42.85.
- Outdoor:
- Ran his fastest time at the OSU High Performance Meet in the 800-meters where he placed 70th with a time of 2:07.56.
2021 | Cross Country
- Qualified for the NCAA West First Round, setting a personal best in the 10k, finishing with a time of 33:20.4.
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky XC Championships, finishing with a time of 26:26.0.
- Set a personal best in the 8k at the Mike Johnson Classic, finishing 28th with a time of 26:16.3.
- Open their season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, setting a personal best in the 6k, finishing with a time of 20:19.3.
High School
- Graduated from Todd Beamer HS in 2021.
- Before the Covid-19 pandemic cut down his hopes of advancing to the State Cross Country Championships as a senior, he competed there as both a junior and sophomore (4A level).
- Placed 73rd in 2019 (16:22.3 on a 5,000-meter course) and was 58th in 2018 (16:30.2/5,000).
- Placed 6th as a junior at the North Puget Sound League 4A Championships, finishing with a time of 15:52.3 to set a personal record on a 5,000-meter course.
- As a senior, he was the champion at the NPSL 3A Championships (16:11.3/5,000), however, no State meet took place.
- In track and field, he was the NPSL 3A champion in both the 1,600 (PR of 4:30.44) and the 3,200 (9:48.01) as a senior in 2021.
- Set a personal record in the 800 that season with a time of 2:10.76.
- PR in the 3,200 of 9:38.09 came as a sophomore in 2019 at the qualifying meet for the State 4A Championships.
- Coached in high school by Rick Bogatay.
