- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
- At the Inland Northwest Invitational hosted by Whitworth University she set a personal best in the 3,000-meters where she finished 4th with a time of 10:18.69.
- Ran her fastest time in the mile at the 2023 Husky Classic where she placed 88th with a time of 4:57.41.
- Outdoor:
- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting where she set a personal best in the 5,000-meters (18.16.33, 18th).
- Ran her fastest time in the 1,500-meters at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational where she finished 141st with a time of 4:39.89.
- At the Oregon State High Performance she set two personal bests, in the 800-meters (2:15.72, 23rd) and in the 3,000-meters steeplechase (10:53.98, 10th).
2022 | Cross Country

- Represented EWU at the Big Sky XC Championships, setting a personal best in the 5k, finishing with a time of 19:56.5.
- Set a personal best in the 6k at the Lewis & Clark XC Invite, finishing with a time of 23:26.0
- Set a personal best in the 4k at the Gonzaga Duals, finishing 5th with a time of 13:18.8.
- Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing 4th with a time of 14:54.8.
High School
- Graduated from Richland High School in 2022.
- Was coached by Gabriel DeShazo.
- Earned one letter in soccer, three in cross country, and four in track and field.
- In 2019, she earned a 2nd-place finish at the WIAA State Championships.
- Named the Mid-Columbia Conference Runner of the Year along with an All-State selection.
- Earned multiple first team all-conference selections between cross country and track.
- Was a three-time Runner of the Year at Richland.
- In 2022, she also placed 3rd at the state championships in the 4x00-meters.
