Group Tickets
Group outings provide the perfect opportunity to gather your friends and family to celebrate birthday parties, alumni reunions, youth activities, networking events, employee and client entertainment! Parking
General Parking
After 5 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends, parking in P9 and P12 is free of charge.
However, during portions of the Basketball season, while Football season is going on, we ask that you park on Washington street for games that occur on Friday evenings. This is due to P9 and P12 being reserved for our Football RV/Tailgate pass holders.

Will I receive hard-copy tickets?
Eastern Washington University has transitioned to mobile ticketing. This convenient method has been universally adopted throughout the sport industry. For questions regarding mobile tickets, please refer to the Mobile Ticketing Guide.
What time does the ticket booth open on game days?
The ticket booths on the north side of Reese Court (Main Entrance side) will be open at least 60 minutes before tip-off. Fans can purchase tickets and make inquiries at that time.
Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?
The EWU Ticket Office will not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
I forgot my tickets - Can they be reprinted?
Tickets that are lost, stolen, or left at home may be reprinted by the EWU Ticket Office if there is a record of your purchase. Tickets will be reprinted only for the original purchaser without exception. Reprinted tickets take precedence over original tickets. The EWU Ticket Office reserves the right to revoke all ticket privileges in case of fraud. Only tickets purchased through the EWU Ticket Office or its authorized agencies are guaranteed to be valid. The EWU Ticket Office does not guarantee tickets purchased through a second party.
My tickets are at will call. How do I pick them up?
The will-call table is located directly inside Reese Court. As you approach the ticket booths on the Main Entrance side, there will be signage directing you to the appropriate door for entry. Will call will be available at least 60 minutes before tip-off. A valid ID is required to pick up any tickets at will call. Any requests to transfer/change names must be made before the day of the game.
I'm on the Player Pass list. Where do I go to pick up my tickets?
The Player Pass table is located directly inside Reese Court. As you approach the ticket booths on the Main Entrance side, there will be signage directing you to the appropriate door for entry. Guests on the Player Pass list can only receive one ticket upon the presentation of a valid ID. Guests must be present at the Player Pass table to pick up their tickets.
The guest must sign for their ticket and immediately enter the court.
I'm an EWU student. How do I get into the game?
Current Eastern students receive free admission to home basketball games with a mobile student ticket. The student entrance is located on the south side of Reese Court (opposite the main entrance). Your mobile student ticket only grants you access to the Student Section.
If you have guests you would like to sit with that do not currently attend EWU, you must buy a ticket for yourself and your guests if you all would like to sit together. If you have any questions about mobile ticketing please refer to the student mobile ticketing guide.
