The EWU Eagle Athletic Fund implemented a priority point system to create a fair and equitable process for handling benefit distribution to its members. The intent of our system is to reward loyalty and support, while enabling new donors to acquire appropriate benefits in recognition of their financial support of EWU’s student-athletes.

Members meeting the minimum required donation to retain current seat and parking locations will be able to do so. Priority points are used to determine priority consideration when allocating seat assignments at home, away, neutral and postseason games, parking and seating improvements. Requests will be considered by cumulative priority points.

Requests for new, moved or additional assigned benefits such as parking and seating are addressed first by membership level and then by cumulative priority points. We cannot guarantee assignment of specific requests but will do our best based on the inventory available when we reach your request in priority order. Members meeting the minimum required donation to retain current seat and parking locations will be able to do so.

Below are Two Examples of How Priority Consideration Works
EXAMPLE A: Jane Smith and John Brown have both requested to move the location of their football season tickets. Jane has a total of 20,000 points. John has a total of 10,000 points. Jane Smith’s request would be addressed first.

EXAMPLE B: Dan Johnson and Ann Williams have both requested tickets to the FCS National Championship game. Dan and Ann are both Bronze Eagle EAF members ($500+). Dan has 15,000 points and Ann has 25,000 points. Ann Williams’ request would be addressed first.
