Please Read Carefully!
Tailgate Policies (Lots P9, P12S, P12N)
- All Tailgate passes have punch holes, one for each game, which will be punched by the lot attendant upon entering the lot. Once in the lot, the pass must remain in the vehicle and will not be allowed to leave the area under any circumstances. Permits must be displayed in plain view on the rear-view mirror/dashboard or other easy to view area of the vehicle after entering the lot.
- Only one (1) vehicle allowed per tailgate pass, no exceptions. If the tailgate space permit holder is bringing a tow behind trailer or 5th wheel, the tow vehicle may stay in the lot only if the “vehicle only” pass is used and displayed in plain view. Each vehicle MUST fit in the designated area or will be asked to move.
- Tailgate space holders arriving the night before the game must leave their Tailgate Pass in the vehicle (see above for location) so the night lot attendant may confirm their arrival. Once in the lot, they may not leave with their Tailgate Pass unless they are taking a vehicle out and bringing the same vehicle back in.
- Due to the potential of unauthorized vehicles parking in the reserved sections of P12 South and P9, Tailgate Pass holders arriving the night prior to a game may not have their spot totally clear and must be prepared to move their vehicle the morning of the game if necessary.
- Upon entering lot P12 North, the lot attendant will direct permit holders into tailgate spaces.
- No wood burning fires allowed. Charcoal BBQ pits are allowed, though dumping of coals is not allowed anywhere in the parking area. Portable propane/gas fire pits are allowed but must be supervised at all times.
Common Tailgate Problems/Solutions
- Vehicles parked in a reserved Tailgate spot the night before the game
- There are sometimes cars left in the lot the night prior to a home game at which point we will do all we can to contact the owners when the lot opens on game day. If the owner cannot be found, we will try to find an alternate spot if the vehicle is in your assigned space but ask that the Permit Holder affected be patient and understanding as towing vehicles is not an option. If you find a vehicle in your space, contact the closest lot attendant and he/she will get in touch with the Parking Supervisor.
- Vehicles parking in a reserved tailgate space on game day
- We recommend that all Tailgate Permit holders stake out their space by placement of tables or chairs in all four corners of the RV space so unauthorized vehicles may not occupy any part of your reserved space. Please remember that the lots are accessible after game time and late arriving vehicles sometimes see an open space they think is available to park in, though that space may be in your allotted area. If you find a vehicle in your space, contact the closest lot attendant
- Persons or groups wishing to bring outside entertainment into the lot
- Call 509-359-6059 and you will be directed to an administrator. We have very little space available for such requests due to the sold out upper lot, but we will consider requests that are submitted no later than two weeks prior to the game in question
- Placing of tents, shelters or items that extend beyond allotted space
- This will not be allowed under any circumstances. All drive zones must be kept clear at all times. Tailgate pass holders must stay within their allotted space at all times
