The ticket office in Cheney Hall is closed on game days. However, the lower ticket booths will be open at least 2 hours before kickoff.  Fans can purchase tickets, if available, and make inquiries at both the upper ticket booth behind the press box and the lower ticket booth by the main gate.

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance of game day online at  GoEags.com/Tickets or by calling (509) 359-6059. If any tickets remain on game days, they will go on sale at the lower ticket booths at least 3 hours before the scheduled kickoff.

The EWU Ticket Office will not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Tickets that are lost, stolen, or left at home may be re-issued by the EWU Ticket Office if there is a record of your purchase. Tickets will be re-issued only for the original purchaser, without exception. Re-issued tickets will then take precedence over original tickets. The EWU Ticket Office reserves the right to revoke all ticket privileges in case of fraud. Only tickets purchased through the EWU Ticket Office or its authorized agencies are guaranteed to be valid. The EWU Ticket Office does not guarantee tickets purchased through a second party.

The will-call window is located at the upper booth behind the press box and opens at least 3 hours before kickoff on game days. A valid ID is required to pick up any tickets at will call.  Any requests to transfer/change names must be made before the day of the game. The ticket office is closed on game days.

The Player Pass window opens 90 minutes before kickoff. The window is located at the upper booth behind the press box, separate from the will call booth, and next to the Eagle Store. Guests on the Player Pass list can only receive one ticket upon the presentation of a valid ID and must be present at the Player Pass window to pick up their ticket. The guest must sign for their ticket and immediately enter the stadium. 

Guests of EWU Football student-athletes must be signed up for the player pass list no later than Thursday of game week.  If your name does not appear on the list, a ticket must be purchased.

If high school coaches or scouts wish to be placed on the player pass list, please email Associate Head Coach Marc Anderson at marca@ewu.edu no later than Tuesday of game week.

Guests of the visiting team's student-athletes or those who purchased tickets through the visiting institution can retrieve their tickets at the lower ticket booth by the main gate. The Visiting Team ticket window opens 90 minutes before kickoff.

Current Eastern students receive free admission to home football games with a student mobile ticket. Students can claim their tickets online at goeags.com/student 10 days prior to kickoff. Your student mobile ticket only grants you access to the Student Section. If you have guests you would like to sit with who do not currently attend EWU, you may purchase a student guest ticket in your student account. You must sit in the EWU Student Section.
