2019 Cross Country: Konugres finished 77th at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 21:57.3 on a 5,000-meter course in Greeley, Colo. She recorded a career-best time of 23:31.3 in the 6K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational where she placed 184th. At the Clash of the Inland Northwest, Konugres set a career-best time of 17:01.3 in the 4,000-meters and finished in 62nd place. She ran a career-best time of 19:31.5 in the 5K at the Charles Bowles Willlamette Invitational where she took 60th
High School: Graduated from Ballard HS in 2019. She earned four varsity letters in cross country for Ballard. She competed in the 3A WIAA State XC Meet in all four of her years at Ballard. Konugres placed 33rd in the 5,000 which helped her team to place third overall at the 3A WIAA State XC meet. Her best finish was a 27th place finish as a sophomore in the 5,000 meters at the state meet. Konugres also competed all four years in track and field, earning her four varsity letters as well.
