2022-2023 Track & Field
  • Indoor:
    • Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where he set two personal bests.
    • In the 5,000-meters he placed 16th with a time of 14:54.08.
    • In the 3,000-meters he finished 14th with a time of 8:28.77.
    • Ran his fastest time in the mile at the 2023 Lauren McCluskey Memorial where he came in 12th with a time of 4:19.74.

2021-2022 Track & Field
  • Indoor:
    • Ran his fastest time in the mile at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open where he finished 6th with a time of 4:32.49.
    • At the Whitworth Invitational he ran a personal best in the 3,000-meters where he placed 23rd with a time of 8:47.27.
  • Outdoor:
    • Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
    • At the Bryan Clay Invitational he ran a personal best in the 5,000-meters where he finished 54th with a time of 14:54.50.
    • Ran his fastest time in the 1,500-meters at the Beach Invitational 2022 where he placed 29th with a time of 3:59.73.
    • At the OSU High Performance Meet, Stuard set two personal bests:
      • 800-meters he placed 57th with a time of 2:03.42.
      • 3,000-meter steeplechase he finshed 6th with a time of 9:12.66.

High School
  • Graduated from Tahoma HS in 2021.
  • Advanced to the State 4A Championships all four years of high school, although the unofficial 2021 meet was virtual because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
    • Placed sixth after having a personal record of 15:44.3 on a 5,000-meter course.
  • Won the North Puget Sound League title with a clocking of 16:19.0 (5,000 meters).
  • As a junior in 2019, he was 34th at the State 4A Championships (15:58.2) and fourth at the NPSL meet (15:49.1).
  • Was also 68th/11th as a sophomore when Tahoma won the State 4A title and 147th/43rd as a freshman.
  • As both a junior and senior he was honored with first team All-NPSL honors.
  • In track and field, he won league titles in the 1,600 and 3,200 as a senior in 2021, but no state competition took place.
    • Had personal records in both with times of 4:22.01 and 9:36.76.
  • Had a best that season in the 800 of 2:03.59.
  • Coached in high school by Jeff Brady.
