2022-2023 Track & Field
  • Indoor:
    • Big Sky All-Academic Team (Winter).
    • Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
  • Outdoor:
    • Competed in four meets.

2021-2022 Track & Field
  • Indoor:
    • Ran his fastest time at the Spokane Invitational in the 3,000-meters where he finished first with a time of 8:19.08.
    • At the Cougar Classic Open he ran a personal best in the mile placing first with a time of 4:07.70.
  • Outdoor:
    • Represented EWU at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships where he set a personal best in the 10,000-meters finishing 17th with a time of 31:58.29.
    • Ran his fastest time in the 5,000-meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational placing 24th with a time of 14:21.71.

2020-2021 Track & Field
  • Outdoor:
    • Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
    • Advanced to the NCAA Preliminary round for the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
    • Earned an All-Big Sky honor by placing third in the steeple at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 9:07.78.
    • Had three personal bests this season, where he earned a spot on Eastern’s all-time top-10 list for all three events.
    • At the Whitworth H.I.R. Invite he ran a best in the 1,500 meters of 3:48.43 to win the event and earn his spot at No. 3 on the Eagle’s top-10 list.
    • Best was set in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OSU High Performance Meet, his time clocked in at 8:54.69 which moved him to No. 1 all-time and broke the school record.
    • Had a PR in the 800 meters (1:50.31) and this placed him at No. 5 on the top-10 list.
 
2020-2021 Cross Country
  • Did not compete.

Pacific Union College
  • Attended Pacific Union College for less than one year from fall of 2019 to winter of 2020.
  • As a freshman in 2019, he won the California Pacific Athletic Association title in Fresno, Calif., by covering the 8,000-meter course in 24:46.5 to win by three seconds.
    • Was the fastest time in league history as he became the first freshman to win the championships in league history and was the Cal Pac Cross Country Athlete of the Year.
  • Went on to place 16th at the NAIA Championships to earn All-America honors, finishing with an 8K time of 25:15.4.
 
High School
  • Graduated from Walla Walla Valley HS in 2019.
  • In track and field as a senior in 2019, he won the title in the 1,600 meters at the WIAA State 2B Championships with a school-record and personal-best time of 4:15.07 at EWU’s Roos Field.
  • Was the State runner-up as a junior in that event when he had a time of 4:19.34, and he was 10th as a sophomore in 2017 when he had a time of 10:19.07 in the 3,200.
  • Had school and personal records in the 800 (1:55.89) and 3,200 (9:45.8) as a junior.
  • In cross country as a senior in 2018, he had a personal best time on 5,000-meter courses of 15:22.4, which was also a school record.
  • Was coached in high school by Michael Bumgardner.
  • Competed three years in track and field, and two seasons each in cross country and basketball.
