2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships where he competed in the 800 meters, running a time of 1:55.65, just off of his season best of 1:55.63. Sloan had an all-time personal record in the 5,000 meters at the Whitworth H.I.R. Invite with a time of 15:57.80.
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Did not compete.

2019-2020 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. He was a part of EWU’s distance medley relay team which had a time of 10:17.79 at the Boise State Challenge to rank 10th in school history. His career-best time of 1:56.63 in the 800 meters came during the UW Invitational where he placed 36th.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Sloan finished 77th at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 31:11.1 on an 8,000-meter course in Greeley, Colo. He then went on to finish 183rd at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships in Colfax., Wash., with a time of 34:19.3 on a 10,000-meter course.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Spokane Memorial Meet, he earned second place in the 800 with personal best time of 1:53.66 and also had his personal best in the mile with a time of 4:21.89. He won the title in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal best time of 10:25.86 at the Pelluer Invitational. He set a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 3:57.68.
Indoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Sloan competed in the mile and the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships. He set a personal best time in the 3,000 meters at the DI Invitational Team Challenge with a time of 8:56.36. At the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open, his career-best time of 4:26.98 in the mile was enough to earn himself tenth place.

2018 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the NCAA DI West Region Championships Sloan set a best time in the 10K (32:52.1). He also competed at the Big Sky Conference Championships.

2017-18 Track & Field: Outdoor: At the OSU High Performance meet, Sloan set personal bests in both the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters. In the 800 he set a time of 1:59.04 and earned a fourth-place finish, and in the 1,500 he had a time of 4:03.93.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Sloan earned a fourth-place finish in the 600 meters with a time of 1:26.37 at the Candy Cane meet. He also set a personal best in the mile at the Vandal Invitational with a 4:51.70 time.

High School: Graduated from University HS in 2017. Sloan earned four varsity letters in high school for track and three in cross country. He advanced to the WIAA 4A cross country state championships during his sophomore and junior year. His personal best in the 5,000-meter was during his junior year with a 16:47.8 time in cross country. His 3-mile best time was 16:07.6 during his senior year.In track and field as a senior, Sloan had season bests of 1:58.65 in the 800 and 4:33.64 in the 1,600. As a junior in 2016, Sloan placed 13th in the 800 meters at the State 4A Championships with a time of 1:59.79. He had a personal best in that event of 1:56.81, and also had bests in the 400 (51:17), 1,600 (4:33.64) and 3,200 (10:13.18).
