2023-2024 | Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Competed in four meets during the season.
- Competed in the DMR at the Riverfront Invitational, finishing 3rd with a time of 12:11.70.
- This performance ranked 7th on EWU Women’s All-Time Indoor DMR.
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Championship, competing in the:
- Mile, finishing 14th with a personal best time of 5:05.30.
- DMR, finishing 6th with a time of 11:54.89.
- This performance ranked 3rd on EWU Women’s All-Time Indoor DMR.
- Outdoor:
- Competed in seven meets during the season.
- Set a personal best in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Oregon State High Performance, finishing 5th with a time of 10:40.67.
- This performance ranked 4th on EWU Women’s All-Time Outdoor 3000-meter Steeplechase.
- EWU at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship, competing in the:
- 3000-meter Steeplechase, finishing 6th with a time of 10:56.95.
- 4x400-meter Relay, finishing 10th with a time of 3:59.38.
- Spring Big Sky All-Academic Team.
2022-2023 | Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Big Sky All-Academic Team (Winter).
- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where she ran her fastest in the 3,000-m (9:59.27) where she finished 17th.
- Ran a personal best in the mile at the 2023 WSU Open in the mile (5:09.79) placing 27th.
- Outdoor:
- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting.
- Ran her fastest time in the 5,000-meters at the 2023 Buc Scoring Invite where she placed 2nd with a time of 17:23.41.
- At the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational she set a personal best in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:33.62 finishing 1st.
- Clocked in two personal bests at the Oregon State High Performance in the 800-meters (2:14.43, 20th) and in the 3,000-meters steeplechase (10:42.39, 8th).
2021-2022 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- At the OSU High Performance Meet she set a career best in the 3,000S finishing third with a time of 11:21.15.
2020-2021 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Had a personal best in the 800 meters at the Whitworth Twilight Invitational (2:22.85).
- Recorded personal bests in:
- 1,500 meters (4:53.00) at the Oregon State PNW Team Clash.
- 5,000 meters (18.22.15) at the Whitworth Essential Invite.
- 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:45.46) at the Whitworth Invite.

2020-2021 Cross Country
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Advanced to the 2021 Big Sky Winter Championships and ran a 5,000-meter time of 19:22.2.
- Earned the highest place for Eastern at 47th.
- Competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational, where she set a 5k personal best of 18:29.8, finishing highest for the Eagles at 19th overall.
2019-2020 Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Was a part of EWU’s distance medley relay team which had a time of 12:18.60 at UW Invitational to rank sixth in school history.
- Had a career-best time of 2:23.23 in the 800 meters to secure eighth place during the Idaho Open.
- Career best in the mile came in the Boise State Challenge where she ran a time of 5:22.33.
2019 Cross Country
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Was 60th and was EWU’s second-highest finisher at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 20:34.6 on a 5,000-meter course in Greeley, Colo.
- Went on to finish 195th at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships in Colfax., Wash., with a time of 22:52.1 on a 6,000-meter course.
- Recorded a career-best time of 22:35.7 in the 6K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational where he placed 139th.
- During the Clash of the Inland Northwest, Sheley ran a career-best time of 15:35.9 in the 4K and placed 36th.
- Recorded a career-best time of 18:48.5 in the 5K at the Charles Bowles Willlamette Invitational where she placed 26th.
High School
- Graduated from Sheldon HS in 2019.
- Was a four-year letter winner at Sheldon.
- Competed in the OSAA 6A State Championship in every year she was at Sheldon.
- Her senior year she placed 40th in the 5,000 meters, 38th her junior year and 32nd her sophomore year.
- Best finish was during her sophomore year, which helped her team to a fourth place finish overall.
- In track and field she also earned four letters.

- Majoring in Communication Disorders.
- Born 3/15/01 in Oregon.
