2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 5000 with a time of 16:13.88 placing 25th at the Buc Scoring Meet. At the Spokane Memorial Meet he placed tenth in the 1500. Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3000 with a time of 9:38.98 placing 11th at the Vandal Indoor Invitational.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Earned fourth in the 2,000 meter steeplechase at the 45th Pelluer Invitational with a personal-best time of 6:40.71. Also took sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Spokane Memorial Sereis with a time of 10:16.93, another personal-best. Indoor: Finished eighth in the 800 with a personal-best time of 2:07.47.

Everett CC: Part of 2013 NWAC Champion team … Finished fourth in NWAC cross country championship, earning all-American status.

High School: Four-time letter winner in cross country and track at Lake Stevens.

Personal: Son of Justin and Lean Nicol … Majoring in biology with the career goal of becoming a physical therapist.
