2024 XC
- 2024 Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team
- Competed at the Wyoming Invite, the Golden Eagle Invitational, the Greeno/Dirksen Cross Country Invitational, and the UIW Invitational.
- He posted a personal best time in the 5k with 17:40.8.
- He also had a personal best time of 21:20.5 in the 4-mile at the UIW Invitational.
- Ran in the 2024 Big Sky Conference Championships, finishing with 28:15.5.
2024-25 Indoor
- Competed in the 600m and 1000m events at the 2025 Graduate Classic and recorded a personal best in both events
- Finished the 600m event with a personal best time of 1:21.79
- Raced in the 1000m event at the 2025 Graduate Classic and finished with a personal best time of 2:30.86
Outdoor
- Competed in seven track and field meets
- Recorded a personal best in the 1500M at the Jack Christiansen Invite with a time of 4:00.72
- Recorded a personal best in the 400M with a time of 49.61 at the Mines Kit Mayer Classic
- Ran a personal best in the 800M at the 2025 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 1:52.29
2023 XC
- Competed at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite and had a personal best time in the 8k of 28:03.0.
2023-24 Indoor
- Finished the 400m event at the Air Force Indoor Last Chance meet with in a personal best time of 51.15 -
- Recorded a personal best time of 1:55.39 in the 800M event at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Raced in the 3000m event at the UCCS Invitaitonal and Multi and finished with a personal best time of 9:33.27
- Also competed in the 600m event and 4 x 400 relay throughout the season
2022-23 Indoor
- Ran in the 800M event at the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi and finished with a time of 2:00.78
Pima Community College: Ran track and field and cross country for the Aztecs from 2021-2023.
High School: Graduated from Grant High School in 2020 where he competed in basketball, track and field, and baseball.
Personal: Son of Andrea Nelson, and brother to Nathan Plant. From Portland, Ore.
