- At the 2023 Laruen McCluskey Memorial, he set a PB in the 3,000m with a 8:50.99.

- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5,000m and 3,000 steeplechase.

- 1:57.78 in the 800-meters.
