2022-2023 Track & Field: Indoor: Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where he placed first in the men's triple jump with a distance of 51-8 1/4. He set a personal best in the triple jump at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational where he placed 4
th with a leap of 52-4 ½.
2021-2022 Track & Field: Indoor: Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships. At the Idaho Team Challenge he made two personal bests in the 60-meters (9th, 7.53) and in the 200-meters (8th, 23.79).
Outdoor: Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Say set a personal best in the long jump at the Beach Invitational 2022 where he placed 11th with a distance of 23-11. He also made a personal best in the triple jump at the NCAA West Preliminary Round where he finished 18th with a distance of 51-0.
2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships where he competed in the long jump, setting a personal best of 24-1 1/2, and also competing in the triple jump (48-10 3/4). He placed fourth in both events earning 10 total points for the team. Say had a personal record in the triple jump at the OSU High Performance meet of 49-4 1/4.
2019-2020 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Say finished eighth in the triple jump at the Big Sky Conference Championships with an effort of 47-2 1/4. One day earlier, he was 12th in the long jump with a mark of 22-5 1/4. During the Candy Cane XII Open, Say set his career best in the long jump of 22-9 to take first place. He also had a career-best time of 6.93 in the 55-meter dash to finish ninth.
2018-2019 Track & Field:
Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Say earned all-league honors by placing third in the triple jump with a personal-best distance of 48-3 ½ at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships. He placed eighth in the long jump with a personal-best distance of 22-3 ¾ at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate. During the 2019 Buc Scoring Meet, Say placed 10
th in the 100 meters with a new personal-best time of 11.99.
Indoor: Was also named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Say placed fourth in the long jump at the MSU Dual Invite #2 with a personal-best distance of 22-5. He won the triple jump at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge with a personal-best distance of 47-9.
High School: As a senior at Tahoma in 2018, Say was fourth in the long jump at the State 4A Championships with a mark of 22-7 1/2, and was 14th in the triple jump with a leap of 41-6 1/4. He jumped 22-7 3/4 to place second at the 4A WCD III Championships and was third in the triple jump with a mark of 46-0 1/4. His personal best mark of 47-1 3/4 in triple jump came when he took first at the Pasco Invitational. As a junior, Say finished third in the triple jump with a mark of 45-11 and 13th in the long jump with a jump of 20-8 at the State 4A Championships. As a sophomore, he placed 11th in the triple jump with a mark of 43-4 1/4 at State. He also had bests in high school in the 100 (11.76), 200 (24.78) and 110-meter hurdles (16.78).
