2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Had a personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:05.47) at the Whitworth Essential Invite, and a win in the 4x400 relay at the Idaho Invitational Meet, where the team ran a time of 3:34.44. Additionally, O’Neal had a season best in the 800 meters of 1:57.54, just three seconds off of his career best.
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Did not compete.

2019-20 Track and Field: Indoor: The only meet he competed in was the Idaho Team Challenge and he placed 21st in the 800 with a time of 2:00.96.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. O’Neal set his career-best time of 27:14.1 in the 8,000-meters at the 45th Bowles Willlamette Invitational where he finished 90th.

2018-19 Track and Field: Outdoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. O’Neal set his personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Buc Scoring Meet with a time of 4:14.23. At the Spokane Memorial Meet he earned sixth place in the 800 with a time of 1:57.01.
Indoors: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the DI Invitational Team Challenge he ran a 1:59.72 in the 800 earning him eighth place.

2018 Cross Country: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.

2017-18 Track and Field: Outdoor: O'Neal had five top-ten finishes in the 800 meters, his highest being a second-place finish with a time of 1:57.76 at the Pelluer Invitational. He earned 11th-place in the 1,500 meters, and set a personal best at the Buc Scoring Meet with a 4:15.24 time. At the Pelluer Invitational he was a part of the third-place 4x800-meter relay team that had a time of 8:01.16.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. O'Neal earned first-place in the 600 meters, and set a personal-best time of 1:24.61 at the Candy Cane Meet. He placed third in the 800, and set a personal best at the Idaho Duals with a 1:54.50 time. At the Vandal Invitational he set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:38.49. He earned two top-ten finishes at the WSU Open. One in the 800 with a seventh-place finish in a time of 1:59.36, and another as a part of the 4x400-meter relay fourth-place finish, with a time of 3:35.46. He earned seventh-place in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships with a 10:27.64 time. O'Neal ran a leg on the DMR team that set an EWU all-time best time of 10:10.10, which is the third best in Eastern history.

High School: Graduated from Kentridge HS in 2017. O'Neal was a part of the varsity track team for three years and cross country for one. He was ninth in the 4A state track meet for the 800 in 2017. O'Neal also broke a 42-year-old high school record in the 800. His best time is 1:53.66 in the event. His other best times are in the 1,600 (4:43) and 4x400 split (50.2). His best time in cross country was 16:45 and was apart of the Kentridge XC team, that went to the 4A state meet.
